  • Gregory Glofak is an associate of R&S International Law Group LLP. Greg was born in Coral Gables, Florida. While studying law at American University in Washington, DC, he worked for the Bar Association of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The Federal Circuit has exclusive jurisdiction over appeals from the US Court of International Trade, the US International Trade Commission, and the US Patent and Trademark Trial and Appeal Boards, among other tribunals. Greg has litigated over 100 cases in court, including bench trials and jury trials. He also assisted in drafting an amicus brief filed in the Supreme Court of the United States. The brief dealt with jurisdictional issues of appeals in the Veterans Court in Henderson v. Shinseki. Greg has prior experience with WilmerHale, Howrey LLP, North American Title Insurance Company, Legal Services of Greater Miami, the Maryland Office of the Public Defender, and the Maryland Judiciary. He studied Spanish and Latin American literature, drama, and art at Tulane University, Universidad de León (Spain), and Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain). He focused on the corporate, financial, and legal aspects of real estate development at the University of Miami School of Law. His practice areas include real estate and corporate law. Greg is fluent in Spanish.
